How to request deletion
- Email business@oorjal.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address or phone number linked to your OORJAL account or app usage.
- Mention the specific app, website, product, or service where your data was used.
- If available, include your user ID, account ID, or profile name so we can locate the correct data.
What we may delete
- Account profile information.
- Contact information you provided to OORJAL.
- App or product usage data linked to your account where deletion is technically possible.
- Uploaded content or user-generated records associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records. Where possible, retained information will be limited or anonymized.
Verification
To protect user privacy, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account or contact details before processing a deletion request.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some requests may take longer depending on account complexity, backups, legal requirements, or third-party service provider processing times.
Third-party services
If your data was shared with third-party tools used to provide OORJAL services, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion from those providers where applicable. You may also need to contact those services directly if you created a separate account with them.
